Default Asura Summons, Worth The Trouble+Skill Place

I was hoping that I wuld be able to win those 3 left poly mockmatches and get asura naga summon. But I wasnt aware that polymock is the hardest aspect of the game. Not that I cant use cookie cutter builds but Im on my own. Not that AI is godly on interupts but I never played mesmer in my whole life. Not that I only have kappa, imp and 3 the other 3 start pieces my oponents are allways having 2 high damage skills.

The reason ı wanted naga is that my necro has enfeebling blood that makes everyone in the area of target foes weakened so naga would deal 105 earth damage+knock down. But thats worth the trouble with polymock? Im at blarb for 2 days now. I try of beating him like 1.5 hour a day but still no luck

Make yor life easier by buying a few gold pieces. The ruby djinn polymock is about 20k-30k now which you can get at Doomlore.

The gold pieces with 5000HP each can take out take about 2 opponent pieces.

You can easily win with the beginner pieces - either invest a little time and learn to play it (protect your big spells, interrupt/block their big spells) or don't worry about it. You aren't losing much, if anything, by not having the asura summons.

One way that I was able to beat it with all my characters was this.
Do it with one all the way and save the last 3 pieces you will get. (elementals and boa).
Then transrfer these to another character.
Once you finish with your new character. transfer again the 3 pieces to another one.

Rinse and repeat

I beat all the polymock bosses using the walkthrough in the unofficial wiki, don't bother buying any pieces, I didn't.

First of all, give the suggestions above a try. If you fail with those suggestions, you might want to think if the gold polymock pieces would guarantee success. Just thinking of worst-case scenario: you hand over 30k and still not able to win.

Ignoring the worst-case scenario, you no doubt have some money in storage. Are you planning on getting anything? Money is worth nothing in the bank, brah. Spending money to get skills is maybe the best use of your hard-earned scratch.

Disclaimer: I do not own any gold polymocks. I'm not giving this advice, to try to find a buyer.

Yes the summons are worth the effort to get.

If you raise your Asura rank high enough or have a mesmer and use signet of illusions they are very handy and can be very powerfull.

You don't have to go there, Lions Arch or Kamadan are the main trading cities and if you post in the PartySearch window chances are you will find somebody with what your after.

Also you do not need the Ruby polymock peice, any gold polymock would help you and you can win with a few nice purple items. Look for someone selling an Earth or Fire purple polymock peice if you do not have those yet, they are very powerfull.(since you earn these peices yourself in later matches you can always resell the ones you earn later )

Because then noobs, soloers and scrubs might be able to achieve what the "pros" can, and we can't have that?

There are always ways to make things more difficult, above and beyond what the game designers intend. There's a finite limit to how easy the game can be made to accommodate less skilled players. Arguing against weaker gamers' success in the game "just because you did it the hard way because you're so awesome" just makes you look like a snot.

Yes yes yes!! They are worth it. Well, ok, the Mursaat and the Ruby Djinn are worth it - combine the Ruby with, say, an SF ele and watch em burn ^^ I take the Mursaat against destroyers on my necro - they really hate his charge skill. hahaha

Mursaat is the most useless piece imo, there are much more effective ways to spread weakness (especially if you're a nec; wtb Enfeebling Blood) - I like the imp with its AoE snare, or the naga which KD's if it hits weakened targets.

Anyway, like I said earlier, you can beat all the opponents with the starter pieces if you use your brain with your interrupt and block skills. Random spamming = fail.
